A "Quantum Leap" reunion may happen sooner as Bakula's old co-star Dean Stockwell might get some guest appearances on Bakula's current TNT show "Men of a Certain Age."

Scott was in New York yesterday for the premiere, there, of the Informant

Scott Bakula has said he'd like to reprise his role in Quantum Leap.

The actor appears in forthcoming film The Informant! and at its New York premiere said he'd love to see a return of the cult show, in which he played its time-travelling lead Dr Sam Beckett.

"I'd like to do it again and there are talks, but I don't think it's going to happen - there are complicated legal issues," he said.

But at least the show still has dedicated fans to keep it alive, some of whom had turned out to see Scott at the premiere.

"I see these folks, they follow me to various places. Some of them are behind us right now - I'm not kidding," he said.

The Informant! is due out in the UK in November.
