TV -- SAG Awards

I had not noticed any mention of Scott at the SAGs but there is some

As with last year, this will be during the red carpet/pre-show. Depending which website you watch, you might get to see Scott - maybe even hear him. (I'll admit it - I just DVRed the Golden Globes, no carpet, and then didn't even watch them)
Last year, in addition to the webcast, I believe one of the actual TV channels showed Scott - possibly even interviewed him for a sentence or two. But he was on a TNT show then...

"Screen Actors Guild Awards Committee Chair JoBeth Williams and Awards Committee Member Scott Bakula, will announce the recipients of Screen Actors Guild’s Honors for Outstanding Action Performances by Film and Television Stunt Ensembles from the 18th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards’ red carpet during the live SAG Awards digital pre-show which will be

webcast on TNT.tv,
TBS.com and
People.com on
Sunday, Jan. 29, 2012
beginning at 6 p.m. (ET) / 3 p.m. (PT),
The Stunt Honors recipients will be announced at 6:15 p.m (ET) / 3:15 p.m. (PT)."

Awards -- Screw the Emmys - MOCA won a Peabody!

According to Mike Royce and this article Men of a Certain Age has WON A PEABODY AWARD!
Congratulations to Ray and Mike, cast and crew!
The last show I liked that I remember winning a Peabody was Scrubs (which doesn't mean it's not Prestigious).

The Peabodys, the oldest awards in broadcasting, are considered among the most prestigious and selective prizes in electronic media. The Peabody Awards recognize excellence and meritorious work by radio and television stations, networks, webcasters, producing organizations and individuals.

TV (I hope) -- Scott Bakula to Open the SAG Awards® Red Carpet with a Champagne Toast

Scott Bakula to Open the 17th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards® Red Carpet with a Champagne Taittinger Toast

When and Where: SAG Awards® to be Simulcast Sunday, Jan. 30 on TNT and TBS at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT
PLEASE NOTE:
1. This is the RED CARPET, not the Awards Ceremony, so it will air BEFORE the start time listed above.
2. I didn't see whether the Toast will be televised. Last year we had to watch Scott announce winners on the internet.
3. Red Carpets generally start 1 to 2 hours earlier than the Awards Ceremony and may air on networks other than the Awards show, itself (for example, E!)

Any further information that anyone is sure of, please contact me with a source.

thanks

Awards -- Emmy Nominations

Outstanding Supporting Actor In A Drama Series

Men Of A Certain Age • TNT • TNT Original Productions
Andre Braugher as Owen

You may assume that's all. (I would have preferred the series at least get nominated.)
