This lovely VHS type footage is from the E! Network (somewhere, I have VHS from the 95 Con, where, if you look really hard, you can see me bending over from my seat, to reach for something on the floor )
There's not a lot of Scott, but there is some Neil Patrick Harris, trying not to say Quantum Leap fans are nuts...
